About Ajman

Situated on the coast of the Arabian Gulf between the emirates of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain, Ajman is the smallest of the United Arab Emirates.

With 16kms of coastline and a creek forming a natural harbor, Ajman is the home to the Emirate's largest boatbuilding yard.

The capital city, Ajman, retains much of its ancient history, and traces of the old town are still visible. However, just as Ajman has preserved much of its history, it is also working to build its promising future.

With the support of its Ruler, H.H. Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ajman has embraced plans to make the emirate a significant economic player in the Gulf region. Multipurpose convention, cultural and sporting facilities have already been built, as well as emerging first class real estate developments all across the emirate are promoting a very high level of attraction towards tourism and investments in the emirate.
